the thing about xanga lately is that i've had nothing to say. is it just me? perhaps i haven't experienced anything worthwhile enough to write about. in the past, little things like the music they play in urban outfitters, unfortunate coffee spills, and the death of my cell phone would spark some interest...but apparently not anymore... i've never felt comfortable writing about private matters or feelings (even in the most subtle ways) either. *shrug* maybe its just a trend affecting the xanga community as a whole. i've noticed that a lot of people haven't been updating as much as they did before. it's like we're all stuck in a xanga recession, or finally found lives.

maybe.

i think it's time taht i take notice of the little things again. that, or someone just start a revolution.

is my current schedule for this semester. yes, 18 fun-filled credits worth of classes! this week wasn't too shabby since school started on tuesday and all...however, after looking at all the reading i have assigned for this weekend, i think things are going to get mad busy from here on out. i absolutely love the art history class i'm taking for fun. it's on modernism and 19th century french painting. fantastic stuff! but with the schedule i have and the things i plan to get involved with this semester, it looks like i'm going to have to drop it and save it for senior year. sigh. sacrifices need to be made for pysch 305 practicum. it's pretty much a job (complete with staff meetings) working with kids ages 3-5 at the university's Pound Children's Center. i work moday 3 - 4:30pm , tuesday 1- 4pm, staff meetings 5 - 6pm, and friday 1 - 4:30pm. it's tough and tiring but totally worth the experience. 4.5 hours of smiling, laughing, goofy kids just made my day today. =) good times.
